About Me

My Story
I'm Paweł Pamuła. I spent decades inside large, complex, mission-critical systems.
Over time, I learned that most problems aren’t technical. They’re structural.
I’ve worked in environments where failure had real consequences — banking infrastructure, payment systems, large-scale IT operations. No room for theory. No time for 80-slide decks.
What I kept seeing was the same pattern: smart people, real effort, and still — things stalling. Not because of missing skills. Because of unclear decisions, overgrown systems, and complexity nobody had stopped to question.
At some point I stopped trying to fix things from inside large organisations. Now I work directly with leaders who are done tolerating friction and want things to actually move.
